READING | I just finished Brutal Vows by JT Geissinger. I pre-ordered Penpal, which isn’t out until October. So I’m in between stuff right now.

WATCHING | The Boys

LISTENING TO | YACHT ROCK ONLY. LOL.

LOVING | Pastry stouts. Well, ok, I’m getting a little tired of heavy beers but these are an untapped area of beer styles I hadn’t much gotten into, then we went hardcore on trying a ton. Though not pastry, I just had Panther Cub by Founders the other night and where has that been all my life?!?

WANTING | Some peace of mind; the feeling of stability

NEEDING | A pedicure and the money to accomplish it!

GETTING READY FOR | Vacation in a couple weeks

EXCITED ABOUT | Odd as it sounds, I am excited for two polar opposite things: one the potential for the new job but if that doesn’t pan out, the fall term when I can go back to making my normal amount of money.

THANKFUL FOR | The fact that I have a job and money and great kids and for the most part, stability in my life. Silly, I know, but I just feel grateful for those things. That was my answer from 2014 and, well, I guess I have been whining about the same ol’ crap for many years! I am still thankful for all I have and my family and all that but I do want that stability!
