As noted in the sign up post, I decided to highlight beers I have liked. I know this sounds very surface but a lot of my personal life/hobbies revolve around it. We are homebrewers and I have – as of today – 4,591 unique check-ins on the app, Untappd. I keep track of all beers and rate them there. So, without further ado – S!

We have a friend and sometimes-participant in the club named Bil, who really liked hazy IPAs and weird things, such as the Slushie float series from Corporate Ladder brewing in Palmetto, Florida. I have not been but we have a mutual “friend”, Todd, and he gets stuff from Bil, and I see Todd about once a year at another mutual friend’s togethers, when his wife goes out of town. (Friend is in quotes for Todd because whenever we hang out, I enjoy our conversations but his online persona is insufferable!)

Anywho, this one was…an odd duck. I don’t know the actual style, as Untappd and Corporate Ladder simply mark it as “gluten-free” but it drinks like a fruit slushy. It was primarily mango but had some odd coconut and creamy qualities. I personally liked the Dessert Station: Blue Raspberry Slushie float better, though I daresay if we’re going to be picky, this isn’t actually beer.

Below, the one mentioned here, as well as the blue raspberry, which, in all fairness, blue raspberries do not exist.
