2.) Well, no matter what time of year, the Christmas Waltz makes me feel so warm and fuzzy. Here are the Carpenters’ version and Frank’s.
3.) I like my living room the most. The first image shows the cozy glow in there but those couches no longer exist so the next photo shows our new couch. We also got a newer area rug that is softer and larger. It’s a great room. (Second photo is a bit dark, I know.)
4.) In some ways, I am looking more forward to Thanksgiving than Christmas. Making that meal is a challenge for me. But I am also looking forward to the Spring semester because I will be working more. I may also have a new job opportunity on the rise so I am hopeful for that.
5.) My sure-fire method for getting myself in a good mood is me-time. If I am really at the end of my rope, I will steal away in the car alone and head to Starbucks for a treat. I can make coffee at home, yes, but sometimes I want to treat myself. And I like to drive so I usually try to do this around dusk, which is my favorite time of day.

My living room is also my favourite room in my house – especially now since it’s been painted! I can’t wait to have the tree up and watch Christmas movies or read by the light of the tree. Such a cozy feeling!
I love random, silly moments! They totally take the edge of all the stressful day-to-day stuff that sometimes seems so overwhelming. Also I love that photo of your kiddos in the living room. I have so many similar ones of me with my siblings growing up, so it brought back good memories!
