1.What do you make more complicated than it needs to be?

Sometimes I overcomplicate making plans and then, communicating them to someone else. Maybe I think they won’t understand so I over-explain.

2.What impresses you?

I guess people who show up on time and do tasks they’re assigned. I know that sounds silly but more and more, everyone seems to be disrespecting these basics.

3. On a scale of 1-10 how picky of an eater are you? (1=extremely and 10=not at all) If you had to eat a meal made entirely of one color what color would you choose?

I would say a 9. I have a couple things I’m not into but for the most part, I’m open. If I had to pick a color I’ll go with red/brown, because that could incorporate meats mostly.

4. What does balance in life mean to you? Does your life currently feel ‘balanced’?

To me it is the evening out of all the things such as eating, drinking, working, and downtime. For now, that part IS balanced. We only drink Friday-Sunday and mostly during the week, we either fast or eat keto. Now to be honest, my life feels a little unbalanced heading into summer, just because some things are winding down and then some will begin.

5. If you could travel the world for a year what would be your first destination?

If I didn’t mind flying, I’d say we’d probably hit Japan first. I think that’s the most interesting place I haven’t been, but then I’d head over to NZ and Autralia,

I keep forgetting that this weekend is Memorial Day. We’re in Gainesville for a competition this weekend but then Monday we have no plans. I do think I’ll be getting in my pool. I got part of the leak fixed by getting a new filter key assembly but I still feel like I am losing more than normal. However, it’s hard to say because normal evap during heat and humidity is about a quarter inch, which I lost last night. But I worry an old patch is loose and that’s the source of it, but I also don’t want to spend money to have leak detection come in and tell me there’s nothing. Ugh! I hate making those kinds of house decisions.

Anyway, I only have to administer one exam today because it’s 3rd and 4th and 4th was an elective. So I’ll be in my room grading finals and whatnot until noonish. We teachers have a plan to do lunch after, so that could be fun. I am so ready for the freedom of summer but we are not *quite* there yet!
