As noted in the sign up post, I decided to highlight beers I have liked. I know this sounds very surface but a lot of my personal life/hobbies revolve around it. We are homebrewers and I have – as of today – 4,607 unique check-ins on the app, Untappd. I keep track of all beers and rate them there. So, without further ado – X!

It was hard to find an X, to be honest. I almost went off the rails and picked the brewery name instead of the beer, since Xul has had some cool stuff. But I picked this one just because it fit the bill. Again, this is from Deep, my hometown best brewery and Ryan did a good job on this “traditional ale”. I think it probably drinks most like an English Bitter if I had to be specific but it was a solid 3.5 in my book. Not too much else to say; no special story or anything. Hopefully Y and Z will yield some better writing!
