- OK Florida, what’s the deal? 34 and feels like of 25? No thank you. My hands are dry, my sinuses hurt, and I’m feeling so lazy!
- Last night we saw “A Complete Unknown”, which was actually way better than I thought it would be. I’ve never been a Bob Dylan fan, per se, and I didn’t know a ton about him, which is probably why I enjoyed watching that portion of his story unfold. I’m not the biggest Tim-o-tay fan but he also did quite a good job. It was better than a lot of the movies being nominated this year. We still have to see “The Brutalist” but that run time is daunting.
- I have to get all my Canvas stuff set today for classes to begin tomorrow. The TSC ones aren’t too bad, since I inherited them from another instructor but I still have to do the work. The other college normally has a “shell” that we take and tweak but um, it isn’t in there so I’m frantically emailing people. Sigh. I would rather get all my stuff done in the AM but now I have to wait on other people, which I do not like at all.
- I got an email saying they had me on the later-starting courses so I breathed a (temporary) sigh of relief, because then I got a follow-up saying I have one later class and one starting tomorrow. LOL. Isn’t it ALWAYS something?
- The kids go back to school tomorrow and it’s about time! They really devolved into feral creatures, even when I tried very hard to keep them on some kind of schedule.
- I’m meeting Ash for food later then I have to go to the dreaded Costco. There’s just always so many people there! Elliot needs new wiper blades so I’m going to take him to the auto parts store and show him how they can do it for him; lol. Take it where you can, you know? He’s going to be on his own in less than a year so I’d better teach him some tips and tricks.
- OK, I think I may go use the stationary bike and maybe feel a little bit better. At least it’s warmer in here!

It posted 3 times, somehow! LOL. I was not a fan but I feel like I’ve mellowed a lot and seem to like his music a lot more now.
I’d like to see the Bob Dylan film. I think my hubs wants to see it too so we might try to fit that in while it’s in theaters. I only get to Costco about once a month or every six weeks even but Monday will be the day. It’s not close to us but it is near the spa where I get my facials so I try to tie the two trips together. I’m gearing up for the crowd because there always is one. Hope work goes well for you this semester.
