Well, we got lucky in so much as it went more east towards Perry. It’s midnight and we are not out of the woods; still getting gusts but we somehow still have power! Will update again tomorrow.

So glad it mostly went on by you. Our area got slammed, I’m in the Upstate of SC and there’s no power at all anywhere in our area. Our neighbors have said things are fine in our yard in terms of trees, etc. so hoping the power kicks back in soon. It’s such a mess. We take I-40 to get to my mother-in-law and between Asheville and Knoxville the interstate has literally washed away in one spot.
I was so surprised to see how bad those states got the flooding. It is insane and I feel awful.
