1. What’s the best beach or lake day you can remember?

Oh man, a few summers ago, we went on our typical end of May family beach trip. We go about an hour and 40 minutes from here with a bunch of families. This day, it got all cloudy and rained and we all got in the water during the rain and it was such a fun time. Only later did we read that sharks come out more during rain. LOL. Anyway, after we’d packed up, we all went to this place called Blue Parrot, that I’d always wanted to go to, and had a nice dinner. It was a long day but super fun.

2. Describe your ideal picnic lunch

75 degrees, sunny, under a tree. Big old sandwich with all the fixins, and calm, quiet.

3. What flowers are in your bouquet?

Tulips and any little accompanying things.

4. Silly ways to pass the time during a snowstorm

As I have never been in a snowstorm, I don’t know how to answer this. I have, however, been out of power during a hurricane, and while not silly, we always plays Kings Corners, the card game.

5. The most beautiful house you’ve ever visited.

Wow, I have no idea. My brother-in-law lives in a pretty cool late 1800s Victorian that was pretty.

6. Best place you ever dined.

Maybe it’s not the fanciest but we had Ruth’s Chris once when I was pregnant with my first kid and I just remember that meal being fantastic.

7. How many layers to your ice cream sandwich

Hmm, just two outsides and a layer of vanilla for me, thanks.

I have absolutely no idea.

9. What is the best way to eat chocolate.

In a nice warm cookie

10. Describe your unicorn’s special magic

What is with these questions? I would want a unicorn who could pay my bills, I guess.

Mandarin oranges, pears, honeydew, grapes, blueberries, strawberries

Wow these questions are wacky as heck this week. In my magical forest, everything is very soft, rounded. Nothing harsh.

You know what’s funny? I always get attached to lyrics but when people ask a question like this, I can’t remember any. I will say, there’s certain parts of songs that get me more. Since JB died, I’ll go with this:

14. What are the best sauces in the world?

I’m not much of a sauce person. I prefer mayo on fries and only balsamic type dressings. I guess spicy sauces are good. Is salsa or guac a sauce?
