Sunday Stealing – funny little Qs this week

1. Do you ever have funny dreams at night?

Not really; I mean, unless you mean “funny” like “weird” and then yes, all the time. Sometimes I remember them and sometimes I don’t.

2. f you could make a law for your country, what would it be?

I am sort of anti-law that keeps people away from freedom and for the most part, laws limit in some way so I don’t think I can answer this one.

3. What would you do if you were invisible for a day?

I always hated this question! I don’t know. I’m not a weirdo so probably nothing.

4. If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be?

Well, first of all, I do think it would be interesting to be the other gender so maybe I’d pick the singer for any of my favorite bands. Chris Motionless or Spencer Charnas. I’d love to perform since I never would as myself.

5. What would you like to change about yourself?

This is particularly relevant right now because I just had a conversation that reminded me that I’d like to feel more confident in my choices and not cower when someone challenges me.

6. What is your daily routine.

Not counting weekends: wake up by 6:10, go downstairs and make coffee. Sit on my tablet playing a game while watching a youtube video, then around 6:25, say goodbye to my son, go up and shower. Come down and be present for my daughter, who’s getting ready. Leave by 7:15, get to work and begin editing bills/grading/etc. Leave work and either go tot he store, pick up a kid, or make dinner, depending on day and work schedule. After kids are fed and put to bed, we probably watch some kind of show and chances are, I sleep in my chair for an hour, then head upstairs and actually go to bed.

7. What would your perfect day be like? What would you be doing?

Really, a perfect day is really just ideas, in my opinion. A perfect day FEELS right. But for me personally, a perfect day has a balance of family time and time with just myself; it involves both cleaning the house and listening to music while laying in the sun in the prefect temperature. It would also feel right if all the little stressors of life had been wrapped up, so they aren’t nagging in the back of my mind.

8. How old were you when you learned to read?

I remember being 4, because I was in pre-k and we’d get these little newsprint stories to go through and I can’t remember the classroom but I remember taking those home and working on it.

9. What is the most interesting thing you know?

I guess I have a pretty vast knowledge of the ins and outs of the hair metal decade.

10 What makes you nervous?

I get nervous about accidentally/unknowingly breaking rules at work. I also worry about accidentally stepping on someone’s toes.

11. What is your favourite flower?

Tulips, orange

12. Have you ever ridden on a horse or any other animal?

It’s been a while but yes, I have ridden on a horse multiple times and once, an elephant.

13. What time do you go to bed? 14. What time do you get up?

Ha, depending on the night, 9:30 I’m asleep but my real bedtime is like, 11:30. Wake up time, as previously noted, 6:10 but on weekends, I probably sleep until 7. I just cannot sleep in.

15. What is something that is always in your refrigerator?

Hmm, probably eggs or cheese.
