{one} What would be your ideal way to spend Mothers day?
This is tough because on the one hand, I would love to spend all day with my family doing stuff I like. But I’d also like to have time to myself, paid for by my family; LOL. Choice A is probably preferable.
{two} Which would you rather receive actual gifts or gifts of service?
Honestly, I’d be happy with flowers and the hubs either taking us to lunch or making lunch. If he just did all the little things like kid stuff, I’d be happy.

I wear A LOT of hats. I work a full-time admin job at a university. I also teach a face-to-face class there. Then, I am a TA for an online school so I grade papers and offer advice. Then, I am a mother and wife. I try to also have time for myself and that is how I balance it all Mostly by reading and taking bubble baths and laying in the sun- small things for me – I can juggle the stress.

When I started asking my husband “Are you sure?” My mom is constantly second-guessing my dad. When I noticed this, I made a concerted effort to stop.

Ha ha, grading papers! Final research papers are in and I have until Friday to get them all graded.

Hehehe if you are grading the girls papers go easy on them lolol finals week aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! will be glad when this semester is over- and the youngest is graduating hs so whew really really glad. I’m kind of with you on the not sure if I want to be alone or w/my family, but honestly if I could go to Hampton Beach to spend it with my mama I’d be gone so fast heads would spin.
I thought about being alone for Mother’s day, but that kind of shut out the reason I get to celebrate Mother’s day. So time with the fam and then a bath and good book for a bit of me time.
