Well, these are appropriate, considering my birthday is on the 27th! Hosted by the above and Crazymama.
{1} What is your favorite way to celebrate birthdays?
For me personally, I’m ok with just a card from my husband and some kind of extra thought for the day like letting me sleep in. But if we must do something, I like dinners with friends. We just had one for some of mine this past Friday:
{2} Which is more fun to celebrate? Celebrating yours or your loved ones?
I like everyone else’s more, honestly. I like the planning and everything. Also, I’m not too keen on being the center of attention.
{3} What is your dessert of choice for birthday celebrating?
I like to make double chocolate cakes; fudgey chocolate cake with a rich frosting.
{4} Tell us about your best birthday you’ve ever had.
I’m going to go with 30. Though, 25 was good because Ash took me to see Dropkick Murphys. And 26 was good because he and I went to Disney World. But 30… well, we took a trip to New York city and stayed on the 37th floor of a classy Central Park hotel. You can view the photos here.
{5} Share your favorite birthday song
Ok, this is sort of a stretch but this song is the basis for my favorite song, which was something my friend, Karen, used to sing in her birthday week. She always sang: “It’s my birthday and I’ll do what I want to” to the tune of that song.
{6} Bonus Question: if you could pick any age to be again, how old would you be and why?
Tough question, actually. I think it might be nice to go back to somewhere between 8 and 12., but know what I know now. i like the freedom and carefree-ness of that age. I was an athletic, well-liked girl and it would be cool to go back. (Sorry, all old pics of me are at home.)

i don’t think i have come across a blogger ho didn’t like being the center of attention, haha. but then again when i was looking at the picture of all of the women i was wondering which one was you. i realized i have no idea what you look like, so clearly you do not post enough pictures of yourself on your own blog, therefore backing up your statement.
