I slammed a door – twice. And then I heated up one of these little mini-hamsteaks and some field peas and snaps. Then I took a bath with this stuff. As the waves of hot bathwater rippled around me and as the day slipped away, a huge albatross was lifted from my neck; my muscles relaxed and I let go. I only wish I could find a way to alleviate said tension before losing it. However, I have enrolled myself in a class. The University offers all sorts of training and development courses to employees. They offer financial planning, interview skills, etc. They also have a line of wellness related courses like cooking light and Tai Chi. I am taking one called “Stressed Out!”, ways to alleviate stress and even relax! It sounds hokey but honestly, I’ll try anything.
