OMG make it stop; stop April!

• Just last week, someone asked me if I had ever gotten a phone interview for a job. At the time, my answer was  no. Then I applied for an English position in a nursing program and voila: phone interview yesterday. Wish me luck!
• I’ve been having AWFUL allergies since about Friday and though I got pills at Costco, they don’t work. I have bought the generic brand of Allegra many times before but theirs really just doesn’t work. My mom swears they’ll take it back but I’m not sure. I also feel like an ass returning an open container.
• This morning, I woke up with a sore throat so I had some lemon tea. Ahh, so soothing! But then, I remembered what happens when I drink tea on an empty stomach. So there was THAT. I had to quickly jam some Crispix down my gullet in hopes of soaking up said tea. What a wonderful start to my morning!
• I think I might be the only person not watching Game of Thrones. Sorry; I don’t have HBO. It would be a waste of money since I don’t actually watch that much TV.
• I haven’t watched Hell’s Kitchen in a while but there’s a hilarious meme that pokes fun of the things Gordon Ramsay says. Check these out:

• I’ve decided that it is time for Elliot to see Pee We’s Big Adventure. I loved that movie as a kid! I’m a loner, Dottie; a rebel.
• I’m excited that in two weeks or so, Iron Man 3 comes out. And then, two weeks after that, Star Trek 2. I think this summer will be full of good action flicks.

• I’m hoping the weather is nice this weekend when my parents come into town so we might be able to go back to the beach. It was so relaxing and wonderful; I just need more vacations!
• And finally, here’s a brief list of things I am going to consume so hard when I am no longer pregnant: all manner of sushi, big fat sandwiches, feta cheese in large quantities, and all the Red Stripe and Henry Weinhardt in my fridge that mock me every time I open it.
