Random Tuesday – Limbo Edition

randomtuesday

My life feels completely random lately.  Here, there, everywhere. And yet, I’m struggling to come up with some things for you. So… here goes… ::cracks knuckles, breathy sigh::

  • Still not running. Foot’s still gimpy. I am OVER this pain and icing every day to no avail.
  • I am so glad to see a sunny day and beautiful weather. I wanna run free outside and roll around in the grass!! Except then I remember I’ve always had some kinda grass allergy and I may get all red and rashy. Not so much fun.
  • If I didn’t have such a guilty conscience, I would drink an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) every. single. day.
  • Right now, at this very moment, I am completely and totally undecided about the model/actor who should be featured as Man Candy.
  • I found out that a co-worker also works at a restaurant that Ash and I like to go to for special outings. This news actually makes me not want to go there. ever. again.
  • I think it’d be really cool to have a bidet. At the same time, I think the first time I used said bidet, it would be a very odd and curious experience. But a clean one…
  • I love Chobani yogurt but the honey flavor is disgusting. It tastes like what the petting zoo smells like. Something like musty animal and food troughs. I want to puke.
  • I want to do some kind of give-away or gift swappy thing on my blog. I need ideas. And people interested. If you are, let me know. I’ll put something together.
  • I feel like I am waiting for something big to happen.
  • Either that or I’ve forgotten to do something really important and any minute now the ugly truth about that is going to show up and I’ll be saying “OH SHIT”.

Ok, I FINALLY decided. I had seen this guy all over the net and I wasn’t all *that* impressed at first but the longer I surfed pics of Brazilian super stud Bruno Santos, the more enamored I became. Brazil has a pretty good track record, suffice to say. Happy Tuesday!

  1. Woah…that doesn’t leave much to the imagination. He also looks shiny, like someone coated him in the paint originally used on the Tin Man.

I might be willing to do a swappy thing but I’m not sure what that means. Is it like Secret Santa all year long? Because that could get weird and expensive.

    1. No no, some other blogs do it (I’ve seen it a lot). People pair up and send a box o’ stuff. If it pans out, I’m doing a questionnaire and you can get to know your person.

  2. I always wonder about a bidet too… I got a diaper sprayer that attaches to the toilet for the cloth diapers. It says on the package it can be used as a bidet also but I haven’t tried it. I check in with my hubby pretty often to see if he has tried it. He said he’s tempted but hasn’t gone for it yet.
    Happy Tuesday!

  3. I don’t think I’d like a cold water bidet, maybe a warm water one–but then I don’t get that much time alone in the bathroom and using one of those in front of little boys–maybe not such a good idea.
I be interested in a swap or give away–sounds like fun.
The man candy is an interesting one this week–I think fun to look at but maybe not so fun to touch–lots of sharp angles there.

  4. I’m sorry your foot is killing you! That’s definitely no fun. My oldest (21) lived in Cambodia for two years and they use bidets and it was hard for him to come home to our American toilet (and toilet paper 😉 ).

  5. Hmmm… do bidet use cold water or is it heated? Cold would be a total turn off.

A swappy thing would be cool. Maybe holiday or Spring themed or even like a favorite things. I’m sure you will think of something.

  6. There is something wrong with that guys stomach. It’s all lumpy.

I always SAY I’m down for blog swaps but I never get around to it. I can send postcards. Or draw quick, unidentifiable sketches.

Hope your foot feels better soon!

  7. I’m not sure I’d try out a bidet. I’m a tad curious to know what the fuss is all about… but, I don’t know. It just seems too weird!

    And, helllllooooo, Bruno.
