One has to wonder, as they walk down the hallway on the second floor of the Williams building, why there is a pair of panties dangling from the doorknob of a Graduate Assistant office. Knowing who holds hours in said office, I know very well that it was not a prank pulled off by any of them. One must also wonder who will find them first and who will remove them, cringing at their thoughts of who may have previously worn this garment and how it came to be disrobed in this very building. Sigh.

I made a smoothie this morning before work and boy is it good. It was 54 when I awoke this morning, 64 now. I am enjoying this open window, the lights in my office off, and no sounds coming from the hallway. As much as i enjoy staying busy, I sometimes appreciate time to just be.

I’ll be having student conferences soon and that should take up a good chunk of the day. I plan on walking today as well, since I could not yesterday or the day before due to rain. But today is lovely so I shall. Happy humpday!
