- I am SO glad it is Friday! It is lunchtime and one of our employees made some pulled pork for us. It was really good too! Last week we got 3 emails that felt pointedly directed at everyone and referred to things we were “doing wrong”, so the overall morale here was spiraling. This week, we had a short faculty meeting, cuban coffee in the break room, and then, this bbq. I see what you’re doing there, admin.
- Headed to happy hour later, as noted in yesterday’s post, and boy, I cannot wait!
- After 5th period when I have planning, I’m going to the chapel for adoration for a little while. I think it’ll be nice to just sit and think for a bit. I’ll probably go back outside and do some grading also, since the weather is nice. For now anyway. Cold next week!
- We have AC people starting on Monday so that’s…not fun. This weekend we have to move, well, everything in our attic. That’s going to be a real pain but it has to be done, so they can get in there and mess with the ductwork. But come next Summer, we won’t be stressing about the possibility that our unit will die. The joys of homeownership!
- OK, time to administer a quiz on Macbeth and then finish up the day! Have a good weekend.
