I’m still linking; I don’t care. Random Tuesday is one of the highlights of my life. SOMEone needs to pick up the linky task, I think. We all like it so much!
- Stitches come out Friday and OMG, people. Why didn’t you warn me that these things were gonna itch like mad? ARGH!
- I’m putting off reading further into the new J.R. Ward book because it actually might be physically difficult for me to read such heartbreaking stuff. Is this silly? I know it’s just fiction but I immerse myself into a story so much – become so deeply connected to characters – that I find it hard to read tough emotional stories.
- I need a pedicure SO badly. However, my car needs an oil change. Decisions, decisions!
- Words with Friends: are you on it? I am Allstarme79. I love me some Scrabbly-type games.
- Easter is coming and about a month ago, I found individual Cadbury Cream Eggs for sale. Now, I can only find the four packs. What gives?
- There’s nothing quite like wanting to leave work but knowing there’s someone coming to see you in about ten minutes. Trapped!
- I sat on this bullet for ten entire minutes, erased three different things, then settled on wrapping up and throwing some Man Candy your way instead.
Today’s tasty treat: Hugh Feist. Tall, dirty blond, perfect. Do you need anything else??

Ooops, sorry! Did I leave out the part about the itching? 😉
I’m right there with you on immersing myself in the story I’m reading – sometimes it is hard to read through an emotional one, because then I get all emotional! It’s funny when I’m reading a historical romance – I am tempted to use the jargon that’s in the book (like the Scottish one I’m reading right now – you ken what I mean?) 😉
I’ll have to check out Words With Friends – my aunt swears it’s a lot of fun! 🙂
Trapped is an understatement… 😉
Mmmmmmm…Nice Man Candy!! 🙂
Thanks for linking up again – we’ll keep it going until Keely decides she misses us as much as we miss her! 😉
April Fool Snow, Satellite Dog, Cool Dragon – RTT Rebel
Stitches do itch–the ones you can’t reach itch more. I had some on my back after my kidney surgery and holy cow did they itch and I couldn’t scratch because I didn’t want to pull them. Awful.
I get immersed in my books too. Tends to drive my hubby crazy–he can never get my attention. It’s sometimes hard to surface from a book and deal with the mundane things like kids and dinner and stuff like that.
Man candy–yum!
Ack stitches, hope you heal quickly.
Nice man candy.
I can do books okay but the movies that hurt to watch (like Julia Roberts in My Best Friends Wedding and characters like that who make such asses of themselves) it physically hurt me to watch them.
I’m linking too can’t stop the random even when I have absolutely nothing.
I know what you mean about getting wrapped up in characters. I Get WAY too involved. But, I like it that way. 🙂
I LOVE words with Friends! It’s funny because I included my username (Justaddjava) in my random today too!
One last thing . . . WHERE ARE THE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED CADBURY EGGS?!?!!?!?
Happy Tuesday!
When I had surgery they didn’t give me stitches, they glued me.
I can’t read emotionally traumatic books either. I get way too into them and get all depressed.
I need a peddy too. My toenails have officially been registered as lethal weapons.
I can’t eat Cream Eggs. They hurt my teeth. Funny the diabetes wouldn’t stop me from eating them, but if they make my teeth hurt, forget it!
I hate being trapped!!
Thanks for the man candy. I don’t usually go for blonds, but he’s yummy!
I need a pedicure badly too…can we schedule one together?
I’m on Words With Friends and haven’t played a single game. Forgot my username too. Oops!
Maybe all the individual eggs are sold out already? You just reminded me…I have an egg somewhere in my kitchen calling my name…now that I remember it is there.
Now I’m off on an egg hunt…
I have yet to play Words With Friends, though I keep hearing about it.
I used to remove stitches from animals back when I worked at the vet’s office. I never thought about how itchy they might be, and I hope I never find out, to be honest.
I always see individual cream eggs for sale, but the four packs are getting harder to find…
