I wish I could eat like Asian. Their diet is remarkably similar to my own, except that I don’t eat fish. And I don’t like vegtables (even being a vegetarian), and fruit. well there’s always hope that my tastes will change as I get older.
I’m thinking of getting into wheatgrass because even though I love vegetables, I never seem to eat them with the frequency that I should.
I haven’t tried wheatgrass. Let me know what you think. It smells like a lawn to me and I haven’t been able to get beyond that scent.
I agree the that the impending doom of the human race depends on how quickly the elephants and dolphins can get organized.
